Special Conditions: Syncing with Garmin Devices

Garmin devices sync to Walker Tracker in "chunks" of step data each day vs. consistently throughout the day.  This means that only some of your steps may come in at a time and that it will take up to a day (a full 24 hours) for your step total to reflect the correct amount that is shown in your Connect app.  

If you notice that your step count from your Garmin device is not reflected on the Walker Tracker site, attempt a re-sync of your Garmin to your Garmin site, and then re-sync to Walker Tracker.  If your steps don't update after 24 hours from the date of the steps on the Walker Tracker site, then please feel free to let our support team know (support@walkertracker.com) and they can investigate further.
