How To Log Mindfulness Sessions
*All Mindfulness Sessions Entries Are Private*
"Mindfulness Sessions" refers to a block of 10 minutes in a day spent toward personal focus and awareness without distraction. This can be meditation, deep breathing, journaling, focusing on a distant location, or anything else that helps focus and control your flow of thought. It's up to you what qualifies as Mindfulness Sessions to you, but we encourage you to take full advantage of any time you enter.
- On your home page, click Add An Entry
- Go to the Mindfulness Tab
- Enter the number of sessions of mindful thinking you practiced, each session counting for 10 minutes.
- Click "Add Entry" to complete the entry.
