Disconnect A Device or App (Browser)

You can disconnect a device or app from your account to enter steps manually or connect a different device or app..

Please follow this guide to disconnect a device on a web:

  1. From your home page, click the icon showing your connected device or app.
  2. Click the option to Disconnect and confirm if asked.
  3. You will see a screen confirming the device or app has been removed and offering the opportunity to connect a new option.
