To update your profile picture:

Click on the 'Your Stuff" tab at the top of the page. Then click 'Preferences'. In the upper left side of that screen, you'll see a link to 'edit profile pic' (see attached screen shot). Clicking that link will open a pop up. Just follow the instructions from there.
