"Does everyone in our group have to 'invite' each other in order to see each other's progress? Also,I'm a little confused as to how as administrator I know that people are signing up and recording their steps. Thanks"
Hi Kathy -
There's a couple of different ways for people to view the progress of others:
- Probably the best way is to start a competition with all members of your organization. Then everyone can see how each other is doing on a single screen, and if they wish they can click over to each other's step blogs/profiles.

- under 'Recent Activity: All' under 'Dashboard' you can see an ongoing list of posts

- All members of a group can see how they're doing in relation to each other on the 'Charts and Stats' page of that group.

Regarding seeing who signs up/ recording steps. In your administration panel under 'Customize Program > Setup' there's an option for:
'Receive a notification email each time someone registers'
You can enter an email address there for where you'd like to receive notifications.
Regarding viewing if people are entering their steps - there are a number of options under the 'Statistics' pane of your administration panel, including the ability to download the data to an excel spreadsheet.
