In order to change your step goal:
After logging in, look for your step goal near the top of the page. Click on the link that says, "goal of xxxx" (where is xxxx is your current daily step goal).

On the following page, all you need to do is update how many steps you would like to walk daily. Then click "Update Preferences" at the bottom of the page.
